Shipping & Return Policy

Overview
This Shipping & Return Policy governs all purchases made through the POST ARCHIVE FACTION (PAF) website (www.postarchivefaction.com), operated by POST ARCHIVE, INC. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By placing an order through our Site, you agree to the terms described herein.


Article 1 – Domestic Shipping (South Korea)
All domestic orders within South Korea are shipped via CJ Logistics.
• Processing Time: 1–3 business days
• Delivery Time: 1–3 business days after dispatch
• Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout
• Additional Charges: Extra fees may apply for Jeju Island and remote regions

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information. Any additional shipping costs resulting from address errors are the responsibility of the customer.


Article 2 – International Shipping
For orders placed outside of South Korea, international checkout is powered by Global-e.
• Courier: DHL Express
• Processing Time: 1–3 business days
• Delivery Time: 3–10 business days, depending on the destination
• Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout
• Free Shipping: Thresholds vary by region and are shown at checkout
• Customs & Duties: Included at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid)

Customers from eligible countries will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery unless otherwise stated.
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.


Article 3 – Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
In the event of a delay due to inventory shortages or system error, our customer service team will notify you directly.


Article 4 – Return & Exchange Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:
• In its original condition
• Unworn and unused
• With original tags attached
• In original packaging

Requests made beyond this period, or for items that are used, damaged, or missing tags, will not be accepted.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at cs@postarchivefaction.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions upon approval.


Article 5 – Domestic Returns
Returns within South Korea will be collected via CJ Logistics once approved.
Collection must be confirmed within 7 days of approval or the request will be cancelled.

Refunds are issued after the returned item passes inspection and are made to the original payment method.
Coupons used on refunded orders will be reinstated to your account, where applicable.


Article 6 – International Returns
International returns are processed via Global-e. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions via email.
All items must pass inspection before refunds are processed.


Article 7 – Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping fees are deducted from the refund in the following cases:
• Change-of-mind or customer error: Full round-trip shipping cost
• Partial return from multiple items: Return shipping cost

In the event of damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the full return shipping cost.


Article 8 – Damages, Issues & Delivery Investigations
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If an item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at cs@postarchivefaction.com immediately with supporting images.
We will initiate an investigation with the courier.
Refunds or replacements will be processed based on the courier’s findings.
We may request evidence such as packaging photos, labels, or tracking information.


Article 9 – Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Items with visible signs of use
• Items that show signs of use and cannot be resold


Article 10 – Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the refund status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Additional processing time may be required depending on your payment provider.
