Welcome to POST ARCHIVE FACTION (PAF). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, www.postarchivefaction.com ("website"), operated by POST ARCHIVE, INC. ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Seoul, South Korea.
By accessing or using this Site, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms, including any additional policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. If you do not agree, you may not access the Site or use any services.
For all international orders outside of South Korea, POST ARCHIVE, INC. partners with Global-e, a third-party service provider that acts as the seller-on-record for those purchases.
Global-e's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy will be presented during checkout and govern those transactions.
Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform allowing us to sell our products and services to you.
Article 1 - Eligibility
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this Site.
If you have not reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have a parent or legal guardian read and accept these Terms on your behalf and take full responsibility for compliance.
You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, and you may not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including intellectual property laws.
Article 2 - Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site following any updates constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product with inaccurate information, even after the order has been submitted.
Article 5 - Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in your local currency at checkout (where available) and may include applicable duties and taxes for international orders via Global-e.
We accept a range of secure payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other local options depending on your region. POST ARCHIVE, INC. does not charge additional processing fees beyond what is shown at checkout.
Article 6 - Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
• Orders suspected of being fraudulent or placed for resale;
• Repeated returns or chargebacks;
• Orders with incomplete or inaccurate information.
You will be notified if your order is canceled or modified.
Article 7 - International Orders via Global-e
For customers outside of South Korea, POST ARCHIVE, INC. partners with Global-e to facilitate international purchases.
Global-e is the seller of record and will process payment, fulfill orders, and handle taxes and duties according to your region. Your contract of sale for international orders will be directly with Global-e, not POST ARCHIVE, INC.
Article 8 - Shipping & Delivery
All domestic orders within South Korea are shipped via CJ Logistics. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express, facilitated by Global-e.
Shipping fees, delivery times, and policies vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout.

Article 9 - Returns & Refunds
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and has tags attached.
Return shipping costs due to change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover all related shipping costs.

Article 10 - Account Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated account and purchase information.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries or payment issues resulting from incorrect information.
Article 11 - Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including product designs, images, logos, videos, sound and text, are the intellectual property of POST ARCHIVE, INC. or its selected partners and may not be copied or reused without our prior written consent.
Article 12 - Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:

• Uploading malicious code or viruses;

• Attempting to interfere with Site operations;

We do not guarantee that use of the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, POST ARCHIVE, INC. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site, any third-party platforms, or any products purchased through the Site.

Article 17 - Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
Article 18 - Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, or disruptions to internet service or third-party platforms.
Article 19 - Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
The unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
