Jacket / Components / Packaging Condition
1. Minor jacket creasing, corner dents, or seam splitting may occur during production or shipping. Inner sleeves may also split due to contact with the disc. If visible external defects are found after opening, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
2. Due to the manufacturing process, disc labels may not always be applied perfectly smoothly, and the outer shrink wrap is not covered under quality assurance.
3. Most LPs manufactured in Japan are not sealed in outer shrink wrap.
4. Digital download codes may be discontinued by the publisher without prior notice.
Playback Issues
1. If you are using a turntable without adjustable tracking force, particularly all-in-one models, playback issues may occur on tracks with wide dynamic range.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for playback problems caused by equipment limitations. We recommend using a turntable with adjustable tracking force.
2/ Playback may be affected by static electricity or dust on the disc. In most cases, this can be resolved by cleaning with appropriate vinyl care products.
3. Playback may also be affected if dust has accumulated on the stylus.
Disc Appearance
1. Due to the nature of vinyl manufacturing, which involves heat pressing, slight surface waviness or warping may occur.
If playback is unstable, using a record stabilizer may help improve performance.
2. To minimize distortion in the audio range and maintain more consistent playback over repeated use, the disc center hole may sometimes be manufactured slightly tight.
If the center hole does not fit your turntable spindle properly, it can usually be adjusted using a suitable tool.
3. Minor hairline marks, light surface scuffs, or imperfections in the printed label area may be present and are not considered defects. However, if there is an actual playback issue, returns or exchanges due to defect may be accepted.
Colored Vinyl
The following are not considered defects, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted after opening:
1. The actual color of colored vinyl may differ from the images shown online.
2. Due to the characteristics of colored vinyl, there may be color variation between individual pressings.
3. During production, other color pigments may mix into the vinyl, resulting in marbling, bleeding, spotting, or similar marks.
Returns / Exchanges
1. When requesting a return or exchange due to a defect, you may be asked to provide an unboxing video for verification.
If no video is available, return or exchange requests may be limited.
Please contact customer service with relevant photos, videos, and the model name of your playback equipment.
2. As LPs are susceptible to jacket damage during shipping and are difficult to resell, we ask that you purchase carefully.
